North Lambton Community Health Centre
The North Lambton Community Health Centre provides quality primary health care and health promotion and disease prevention programs and services to the community. A multidisciplinary team of doctors, nurse practitioners, nurses, social worker, dietitian , physiotherapist, provides primary health care services to rostered clients. (If you have no family physician, and wish to become a client at the Centre, please ask for a roster application form at reception.)
The following services are available for everyone in the community:
- a wide range of health promotion programs (over 40 programs for Early Years, youth and seniors)
- outreach programs in Arkona, Thedford , Warwick and Watford
- dietitian
- social worker
- diabetes team (nurse educator and dietitian)
- well woman services
Visiting professionals such as a chiropodist provide "fee for service" support .
There is a satellite location in the Kettle Point Health Services Building. Kettle and Stony Point is a significant CHC partner.
